Professional background
I have practised law for more than thirty years. I began in Buenos Aires and continued in Barcelona, where I lead Copló Ordás.
I advise companies, business owners, investors and individuals on commercial, property, wealth and family matters, in and out of court.
Legal and business experience
Legal practice is complemented by the experience of someone who decides, implements and answers for the results in companies across very different sectors. My advice therefore considers not only what the law allows, but what the business can sustain.
A different perspective
As a lawyer, I understand the legal implications of business decisions.
As an executive, I understand the business consequences of legal decisions.
Real problems rarely fall within a single area of law. My work is to understand the whole, anticipate consequences and, where necessary, coordinate the right specialists.
