Purpose: to answer enquiries that users choose to send by email. The form only prepares a draft through a mailto link in the visitor’s email application, for the visitor to review and send. The website does not receive or store form data. Fields are processed temporarily in the browser to prepare the draft; the firm receives the data when the user sends the email.

Legal basis: consent to respond to the enquiry and, where applicable, taking steps at the individual’s request before entering into a contract. Providing data is voluntary; without the information needed to understand and answer an enquiry, it cannot be handled.

Retention: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for periods required by legal obligations or potential liabilities, with access restricted as required by law.

Recipients: data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The email service provider acts as a data processor to provide that service.

Rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing, where applicable, by writing to viviana@coplo-ordas.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The public website does not use cookies. It only uses technical browser local storage (localStorage, key “coplo-preferred-language”) to remember your chosen language. This is not used for advertising or tracking and can be cleared in your browser settings; you can also change language using the website’s selector.

The website contains no analytics, advertising pixels or LinkedIn widgets. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website, with no requests to Google Fonts or other third-party services when pages load. External links take you to those services only if you open them; their own policies then apply.
